Established in 1925, HS Hyde & Son have built a solid reputation for quality construction.
Spanning four generations, the business prides itself on remaining a family owned and run operation, with Scott and Nicole Hyde together with Robert and Lorraine Hyde carefully overseeing daily operations based on the same ideals of integrity and craftsmanship that saw its conception in Perth in 1925.
With a true understanding of the building industry and the process that is involved from start to finish, HS Hyde and Son have built a solid reputation for always being available to their customers and being flexible when it comes to the project and its requirements. Communication between HS Hyde and Son and each client is given a dedicated approach. This is why the business has continued to grow and succeed for over 90 years.
Henry Stanford Hyde – Born 24th December 1886.
Henry was a carpenter by trade and with a builders number of 57, Henry was one of the first builders in Perth. He began HS Hyde in 1925.
With a builders number next in line after Henry Senior, Henry Junior (also a carpenter) is also one of the earliest registered Perth Builders. He joined his father in 1940 as the original ‘son’ of HS Hyde and Son.
A carpenter just like his father and grandfather, at age 25 (1971) Robert Hyde joined HS Hyde with a builders registration number of 3121. He is still an asset to HS Hyde and working closely with Scott.
Scott Hyde, Managing Director, has worked as part of the HS Hyde team from an apprentice carpenter, to a quality tradesman to a 4th generation registered builder and continues the legacy established by his great grandfather. Scott now runs the company alongside his wife Nicole Hyde (Director) with ongoing involvement from Scott’s parents, Robert and Lorraine. Kristian Hyde is an apprentice carpenter and studying to become the 5th generation builder.
5th generation Kristian Robert Hyde is an apprentice carpenter and is also studying to become a Registered Builder.
